is a privately owned, European-based, people skills training
organisation helping small- and medium-sized business owners to develop
and execute strategic growth and business plans through a system of
international, national and local franchised training centres and
training specialists.
The company specialises in the training of people skills. The training programmes use extensive practise and workshop sessions to focus on the skills and techniques that are necessary to cope with the challenges of business and personal life.
Training Programmes
BEITRAINING® currently provides training in 13 countries. All training programmes are conducted in the local language by local trainers keyed to the local business culture. Thus, BEITRAINING® is able to offer European-wide, harmonised training programmes on a high quality level.
BEITRAINING® offers training programmes in four areas:
Sales – Generic and industry-customised training for new entry-level people and advanced programmes for the most experienced professional.
Service – People give good service because it is good for them not because it is good for the company or the customer. We show them how they can benefit from good customer service.
Personal Growth – Career development, personal success, confidence, security - these are the major goals that people report year after year in employee surveys. Our training programmes teach them how to reach these goals.
Management – The Management training programmes deal with management of the people, not the process or the paperwork. Recruiting high quality people, training and mentoring them for consistent results, motivating with systems for success not just survival, and strategic marketing and planning for focused growth and stability.
BEITRAINING® is building long-term relationships with its customers supporting them in their ongoing success. Co-operation starts with an analysis of their specific training needs. Together with the customer a customised training curriculum is selected. Each employee chooses the training programmes that are appropriate for his or her personal progress. Most programmes are conducted one day per week over several weeks.
Thus, trainees have the opportunity to practise new skills and techniques in their daily business and add new skills in subsequent sessions. Trainees make a contribution to the cost of their training. This ensures active participation in the training and a motivated application of the ideas and techniques.
