Overview
In 1762, John Montagu, the 4th Earl of Sandwich, came
up with an invention that changed dining forever. With a
serving of roast beef placed between two slices of bread,
the Earl created a complete meal he could eat with his
hands. Brilliant! The Sandwich was born. Some 250
years later, Earl of Sandwich® restaurants have taken that
idea and crafted it into a made-to-order, freshly baked
Sandwich like no other.
At Earl of Sandwich we don’t serve mere sandwiches. We serve The Sandwich. We roast our beef on premises daily to ensure that every single Sandwich is served at the peak of freshness. We add fresh vegetables, gourmet condiments and generous slices of the finest cheeses. Every Sandwich is assembled on our own signature artisan bread, which bakes fresh with each Sandwich. As your Sandwich bakes in our ovens, the meats and cheeses are melded, releasing their flavors together in spectacular fashion.
It’s a distinctly unique method that results in an amazingly fresh, tasty Sandwich.

Training & Support
Real Estate/Site Selection It starts with location. Our program is designed to help you review and analyze top site locations using the latest tools and mapping technology.
Design and Construction
Design and construction of all Earl of Sandwich restaurants are based on strict quality standards. Approved architects will provide you with architectural drawings and assist with the contractor bidding process.
Training
Training begins early with Earl of Sandwich. Certification includes all facets of running the restaurant and is achieved with a comprehensive three-week initial training program involving the owner and the management team.
Marketing
The Earl of Sandwich marketing support begins with a grand opening kit and continues with in-store marketing support and point-of-sale material to help generate sales and increase brand awareness.
Operations
To help your franchise prosper, our operations support begins before the first Sandwich is made. We’ll assist with pre-opening support and on-site training. Periodic visits will be made to your store to assess your operations and help you enjoy even greater long-term success.

- Royalty is 6%
