Our Brand Performance team is a unique consultative field team focused on brand performance. Their primary goal is to help your hotel achieve optimum performance through activities such as sales training, revenue maximization, inventory management, and product and service evaluations. They review key business statistics regarding your hotel with you and your hotel managers, offer advice on front desk systems, suggest training solutions, and offer suggestions about issues impacting your hotel. They work to ensure Homewood Suites by Hilton quality standards are being met, help develop action plans using the Continuous Improvement Process, prepare for quality assurance evaluations, discuss marketing and sales progress, motivate sales staff and provide status reports.

Are You a Good Fit for Homewood Suites by Hilton?

When you submit your license application for a Homewood Suites by Hilton franchise, you pay us an initial fee based upon the number of guest suites in your prospective hotel. The initial fee is $60,000 for the first 150 guest suites, with a minimum fee of $60,000 plus $450 for each additional guest suite.
