We are currently seeking qualified candidates to become store
owners in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Florida, Illinois,
Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, Virgina, New Jersey, New York, Georgia and
Texas. Even if you have no previous experience in running your own business the
Melt team will help you from start to finish.
We have built this business on the KISS concept, every part of the business has been stream lined to keep the operating procedures simple, yet detailed enough to provide you with excellent management information systems. It is not necessary for you to have prior food services experience, nor is it necessary for you to have owned you own business.
Melt gelato & crepe cafe is dedicated to upholding the highest standards with automated systems, assistance with selecting and recommending locations, a dedication to quality and efficiency through approved primary products and designated suppliers, the Melt Café and Gelato Bar business model is streamlined and simple.

Authentic Italian gelato and sorbetto has been loved for hundreds of years in Italy, but has yet to be fully exposed to consumers in the USA. Our French crepes are a healthy alternative to fast food and are available both as a savoury and sweet dish.
Gelato’s intense flavors and creamy texture come from the density not the fat. All our sorbetto flavors are fat free and our gelato flavors have significantly lower fat content than regular ice cream.
With a commitment to friendly, individual attention to the customer, the overall Melt – gelato & crepe cafe experience for business owners, employees, and guests is always unique, entertaining, and appealing.

Training & Support
Melt will provide up to two weeks of detailed training prior to the time
of your opening. There is no additional charge for this training service,
but you must pay any travel and living expenses while attending the
training. Our staff will also provide start-up training at your location
prior to opening.We will continue to provide ongoing support services to you by phone, email, and on-site visits to your location. We regularly update our operations manual with new procedures and other information designed to improve operations for all franchisees. We’re also available to conduct ongoing training programs.

Are You a Good Fit for Melt Gelato & Crepe Cafe?
You don’t necessarily need foodservice experience. We look for
franchisees that have strong business management skills, a positive attitude
and work ethic, and a dedication to providing great customer service.
The initial franchise fee is $25,000. This fee funds our pre-opening support
of your operation, including approving your site and your initial training.
The estimated initial investment required ranges from
$200,000 to $450,000. As with any new business venture, it’s important that
you have adequate working capital.
