of your equipment, supplies, fixtures, marketing materials, and training.
Once an agreement is signed we will:
Help you find a good location for your new business.
We work closely with local commercial real estate companies and when a few locations are chosen we will send our location specialist on site to personally evaluate each location.
Help negotiate your lease.
Lease negotiation can sometimes be a complicated matter. Our lease negotiation team will help evaluate the lease to help insure you get a fair market value deal.
Design your store layout.
We recommend at least 1200 square feet. We will design your store using modern layout software.
Paint and install flooring.
You will have a choice of 3 ASC recommended color schemes for your walls. We will also install vinyl composition tile (VCT) flooring in your new store.
Order your fixtures, equipment and supplies.
We use only the latest equipment to outfit your store and you will have a variety of sign making materials to get started. There are 3 equipment packages to choose from that you can either lease or include in your store package. We also furnish all of your fixtures, displays and work tables.
Schedule your training.
You will receive 2 weeks training in your store prior to opening and then 4 days in your store after you open to make sure you start off with the knowledge you need.
Order your marketing materials and review your business plan.
In conjunction with your store opening, we supply you with business cards, letterhead, envelopes, sales training, a post card mailing to 1000 businesses in your area, a corporate account sales guide, marketing manual, and a custom marketing plan for your geographic area. We also supply you with a custom business plan with goals and projections.
Schedule your Grand Opening.
We will help you time your Grand Opening and support it with marketing materials so you get the most out of this important event.
Provide free ongoing support.
We provide free ongoing support for any area of your business that you need assistance with.
