Training & Support
We provide a wide array of exceptional education and training opportunities for you and your staff during the start up process and throughout the life of your franchise, both at your property and at the Learning Center, Choice's corporate training facility in Silver Spring, MD.
An intense five day program that covers the essentials, including Human Resources, Front Desk Management, Risk Management, Maintenance Operations, Housekeeping Operations, Financial Management, and Sales and Marketing. Plus, instruction on Choice's Property Management Systems, Reservations Systems and ChoiceCentral are available. At the end of the week, each candidate will test for either the CHA or CLM.
A Brand Performance Consultant is assigned to your hotel as your primary support to help maximize revenues. They guide you through the opening process, offer ongoing assistance in operations and marketing to make you access the full spectrum of Choice resources, and monitor quality assurance standards for your brand.
ChoiceCentral.com is a full featured intranet site that hosts most of Choice's internal Web-based applications, such as Rates and Inventory, Invoice Review, User Admin, Property Info Manager, Webmail, automatic travel agent commissions, etc. Content is available in four languages. It's also a web portal providing access to training and management resources, static and dynamically generated statistical reports, including the sources of Business Report, to help you analyze demand for your property.
