Getting Started
The franchisee has two options in operating
a City Kitchen® franchise:
Express retail outlets – the franchisee operates from a small retail area in a retail strip center, corporate office center, mall or kiosk.
Retail/Commissary outlets – commissaries have all of the equipment necessary to process orders from their own café and the Express retail outlets.
The following qualifications, among others, are essential in order to be considered as a City Kitchen® franchisee:
The minimum initial requirement is $75,000. The remaining cost may be financed through lending institutions or Certified SBA Lenders.
Express retail outlets – the franchisee operates from a small retail area in a retail strip center, corporate office center, mall or kiosk.
Retail/Commissary outlets – commissaries have all of the equipment necessary to process orders from their own café and the Express retail outlets.
The following qualifications, among others, are essential in order to be considered as a City Kitchen® franchisee:
- A strong desire to delight our customers
- The ability to recruit, train and motivate people
- The ability to manage finances
- The willingness and ability to personally devote time and effort for day to day operations
- The objective to enjoy running your business
