Are You a Good Fit for City Wide Maintenance?
The majority of City Wide franchisees had no relevant experience in the
janitorial and building maintenance industry before purchasing their
businesses. City Wide provides a comprehensive initial training program
over a two-week period at our headquarters. City Wide also provides two
weeks of on-site start up assistance at your office location. Lastly,
City Wide offers on-going support for as long as you own a City Wide
franchise.
City Wide territories are based on population size and the demographic makeup of the area. In large markets there may be more than one territory. The cost per exclusive territory is $75,000. The minimum market size should be 500,000 people. Call City Wide to inquire about territory availability.
