Training & Support
New franchise owners begin their Collision on Wheels, Inc.®
career with a four-week training program. The first week is spent
in their territory preparing for classroom & hands-on training
that takes place at Collision on Wheels, Inc.®’ training
Center in Warren, MI. The pre-training material consists of a training
manual that offers step-by-step instructions on how to repair everything
from chip & scratches to mending a cracked bumper. The sales &
marketing manual covers sales, marketing, advertising, & promotions
& the administration manual offers information & documents
needed to operate a Collision on Wheels, Inc.® franchise
business. Our manuals, combined with the pre-training booklet & match quiz provides the trainee with a good introduction to Collision on Wheels® nomenclature & protocol, so that the 80 hours of training conducted in Warren, MI can be devoted to hands-on experience working on actual production vehicles.
The third week is spent with a Collision on Wheels, Inc.® trainer back in the franchisee’s home territory providing demonstrations to customers, opening accounts, & working on vehicles. This process prepares franchisees to operate on their own as an independent franchise owner. Plus, after successful completion of the training program, the trainee becomes Collision on Wheels, Inc.® certified.
Collision on Wheels, Inc.® offers over one hundred and sixty hours of classroom and hands-on training that prepares the new franchise owner for success in their territory. Plus, follow-up training in the field is available to any new franchise owner that may need additional fine-tuning of their skills.
Training of auto body & paint technicians is essential so that each technician representing the company has a thorough background in this market. Customers take their vehicles seriously and so do we.
