The self-employed technician provides superior service because they will build a trusting, long term relationship with each and every one of their customers. A Franchise Owner takes pride in the ownership and operation of their individual Franchise.
Computer Medics installs and repair PC's, Laptop's, Servers, Wired/Wireless Networks, POS Systems, and everything in between. We also perform Data Recovery on Hard Drives and all types of Digital Media. No job is too small.
Every Computer Medics location is independently owned and operated. Training & Support
We will
provide you with a solid
foundation to build your
business on. The Franchise
will be your business,
it is our business to
help you succeed in your
business.Hands-on training at the Eagle River, Alaska Franchise with the founder of Computer Medics of America®, Inc. at no cost to you other than car rental and meals. We will pay for your Airfare and Hotel. Training is 1 on 1 and takes about 1 week. You will learn how to run your business and be given technical training.
Complete access to the Copyrighted Web Office which includes:
- Technical Bulletins, White Papers, Recall Notices and much more to share with your clients.
- Private Chats with other Franchise Owners and Forums.
- Marketing and Promotional Materials which have been proven to work are also available on these protected pages. Also included is the artwork and sample Yellow Page Advertising.
Service Manuals for most laptops.
- 24/7 telephone support from the main office and all other Franchise Owners. Most Franchise Owners have brought with them and expertise in areas that we can all take advantage of.
- Franchise Owners can also use the new Computer Medics Live! Site to provide remote support to their clients and new clients. Just login and wait for a someone to request support.
- Franchises are given access to our North American Partners. These Partners provide on-site support in the U.S. and Canada for major PC Manufacturer's and Companies . We cannot guarantee you work from these Partners as some may already have a service provider in your area. We can however guarantee that you will be on high on their list of potential service providers.
- We are constantly acquiring more of these relationships. These providers prefer to work with a business such as ours over small independant companies because our people have all been interviewed and trained by us. We have a reputation of being dependable and thorough.
- Prior to opening we will issue a Press Release to the local Media in your area. This will get you some immediate exposure.
- You will be able to take advantage of our high volume purchases of software and licenses.
- We provide to you, a list of components to stock that have been proven to work. We also provide you with a list of known good suppliers. We do not force you to purchase any parts/software from us.
- Computer Medics of America®, Inc. owns it's own Web Hosting Company. Franchise owners receive ongoing commissions of 50% from Web Hosting sales. For example: If you sell a Web Hosting Package at $115 per year, you will keep $57.50 of that sale every year.
- We will purchase your domain name and provide you with a 20mb Web Site at no charge. The site has unlimited email accounts, cgi-bin, Frontpage extensions and more. We will install a few default web pages for you which you can edit or replace at your convenience.
- You will have access to our Synchronizing Server, which provides you with the most current troubleshooting tools and fixes on a daily basis. This also includes all of the Knowledge Base Fixes for easy searching from your laptop if you're at a location with no Internet access. These tools are a huge advantage for you as this industry changes very quickly.
- When you want to go on a vacation or just need to take a few days off your phones can be transferred to a neighboring Franchise or to the Head Office so that you can relax and enjoy your time off.
