IHG offices are in Windsor, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Dubai, Atlanta, Shanghai, Singapore, Miami, Chicago, Toronto, Guadalajara, and more. We also provides operations teams spread at a local level, devoted to keeping your hotel operating at its best.
From the training you want to questions you need to ask, field services support can help. Your field service representative is an on-site consultant who offers training workshops in guest service, product quality, and revenue management. A quality consultant will come in to perform routine inspections of your hotel and offer advice where needed.
