Our French-style bread is baked to a golden brown at our own bakery. Each day's production is closely monitored to assure the same fresh-baked quality from the first batch to the last.
D’Angelo’s pita Pokket® bread is fire-baked at 800 degrees in our unique ovens. Our low-calorie Pokket® is a ‘must have’ for customers who love its light meal appeal.

Training
D'Angelo offers franchisees an intensive five week training program. We provide all related materials; the franchisee is responsible for outside costs such as travel, lodging, meals, salary, etc. The training program includes:
Field Instruction One-to-one instruction with a certified trainer with a focus on proficiency in the areas of sandwich making, counter service, food preparation, food ordering, and managing the business operation.
Classroom Instruction Intensive instruction that covers leadership, recruiting and interviewing, personnel policy and procedures, training, performance appraisal, and cost analysis.
Industry Expertise and Ongoing Operational Support
D'Angelo's franchise system offers you the expertise that comes from forty years of experience and 200 restaurants, including over 50 franchised locations. Because our success depends on the success of each franchisee, we offer our franchisees comprehensive assistance which will help them build their businesses. In addition to onsite visits from franchisee business consultants, monthly newsletters, and quarterly meetings you’ll have an opportunity to learn from some of our most successful franchisees.
