Use a temporary employee from DES Staffing Services and we cover the costs of all payroll taxes, liability insurance, unemployment and workers compensation. You have an employee when the need arises and pay only an hourly billing rate for the hours worked with no obligation to hire.
Temporary-to-Hire
Utlilize our temp to hire option and the employee begins working at your company while being paid on our payroll for a probationary period. With this program you can monitor an employees performance, attendance, and general fit before making the decision of bringing them on to your payroll.
Direct Hire
With the DES Staffing Services direct hire option, you pay a flat fee to hire our candidate directly onto your payroll. The fee is a percentage based on the person's salary. DES Staffing offers you a guarantee for all permanent places.
