Our CIDI Certified Professional Education Program
Decor&You offers this multi-phase training program for franchisees, certified by Certified Interior Decorators International. More than 200 hours of training are delivered in a combination of classroom, virtual class and independent study experiences, with these features:
- The comprehensive curriculum covers design principles, business operations, sales and marketing.
- Training is comprised of a home-study portion, basic instruction, advanced training, and an optional testing phase (for decorators) to obtain CID certification.
- Reinforcement training, individual coaching, annual educational conferences, and peer-to-peer support through Success Teams are all included in this outstanding program.

The Decor Performance Enhancement Center (DPEC)
A strong team of managers and staff operate the national hub of Decor&You in western Connecticut. We manage every aspect of the business structure (operations, vendor relations, education, communications, coaching) that supports our franchise so you can focus on your local business, your decorating and building robust client portfolios. We provide technical assistance for contact management software, accounting system customization, and web lead generation.

management-oriented, business-savvy individuals with Marketer/Manager
backgrounds. A desire to decorate is not required to manage a
territory. Candidates should have interest in building a business

DecorDesigner Franchise
Those eligible to become a DecorDesigner are those who love people,

DecorDesigners find fulfillment in building relationships and personal
