We have spent thirty years of research in developing a math program that encourage students to learn proactively and independently with minimal involvement of an instructor. A crucial aspect of this program is that students enjoy mathematics. Students will each learn at an individual pace and at times that are convenient for them. The program includes learning at the kindergarten level as well as all other levels up to high school. Over 2.5 million students of varying ages are enrolled in this program worldwide, and it is our desire to bring this successful program to a neighborhood near you. E.nopi is a supplemental after-school educational program that brings students to a learning center once or twice a week. A proactive and independent learning style is encouraged; however, our specially-trained instructors are available to guide students when faced with difficult problems. Students do not feel pressured to complete a set amount of work since the program is designed to enable each child to work at an individually comfortable pace. The learning-center system remains popular in the United States and some parts of Asia.

Daekyo pioneered this unique teaching method in 1976 when school classrooms in Korea were inefficiently overcrowded and students encountered difficulties in obtaining personal attention from their teachers. Even the brightest students struggled to keep up with the rigorous mathematics curriculum at their schools. Simply put, teachers were teaching but students weren't learning. The founder of Daekyo recognized that the students could achieve their greater potential, especially in the area of mathematics, if they could only attain individual attention. Thus, a unique educational program called E.nopi was born. The basic philosophy behind E.nopi is that in order for students to learn effectively, instructors should teach at a level that is appropriate to each individual's position. Thus, rather than a school-centered or teacher-centered program, an educational system that focuses on individual students was developed. This revolutionary concept currently maintains its superior existence and is applied by many teachers worldwide in the present day.

Training & Support

Through one of our offices located near your learning center, we will provide you with support in all areas to help ensure the constant growth of your learning center and the satisfaction of all your students. We frequently review all materials that are supplied to the learning centers and students. We will inform you of updates and continue to send you revised materials. We will maintain a constant course of communication with you, either through our website or directly through face-to-face meetings with our marketing staff. We will also organize seminars and training programs for teachers and instructors. Our goal is to keep you abreast of the latest developments in our educational program.

We provide you with a customized marketing plan for your chosen location once your business plan has been approved and you have been invited to attend the Start-Up Training program. Marketing plans to attract students may vary depending on the location of the planned learning center.

Are You a Good Fit for E.Nopi Math & Language Center?

We believe that a teacher or an instructor should possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who has teaching experience, either at a formal school setting or informal learning center. We will also accept someone who has a solid business background that will look to hire qualified instructors. The applicant should be someone who is willing to work with young children by communicating at their "eye" level, who possesses superb math and reading skills, who has built strong ties with the community wherein the learning center is to be located, and who shares our vision of excellence in education. The applicant must complete our Start-Up Training Program. We normally require of our applicants to have a four-year college degree, but we do make some exceptions if the candidate possesses other qualities that we are looking for. A criminal background and credit check will be required of all applicants.
