ERA® International Collection
Through the ERA® International Collection program, distinctive properties receive distinctive marketing. This exclusive, membership-based program is known not only for its special marketing tools, but also its "International Collection Specialist" certification program. Through their certification, ERA sales associates learn the nuances of working in the luxury home market and have access to specially-designed marketing materials to assist in the promotion of upscale, luxury properties.
The program offers three different levels of marketing. The "International" level spotlights those properties that are listed at one million dollars and above; the "Premier" level represents those homes that are within the top 10 percent of their market; and "Historic" level homes are defined by their age – at least 50 years old – and by their historic characteristics.
Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate
ERA Real Estate is the first franchise system to be invited to become a corporate member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate®. This exclusive organization is a compendium of luxury real estate brokers from around the world that includes more than 1,000 offices and 15,000 members throughout 25 countries and represents the world's finest properties, collectively selling over $50 billion in real estate every year with an average sale price of $2.5 million. This strategic relationship offers added value to ERA sales associates and their clients by providing expanded marketing opportunities and added exposure for luxury properties included in the ERA International Collection program.
ERA Historic Real Estate Program
The ERA® Historic Real Estate Program is a public-private educational program offered to the brand's sales associates through a partnership between the National Trust for Historic Preservation and ERA Franchise Systems LLC.
The Historic Real Estate Program offers a comprehensive look at architectural styles from early Colonial through Art Deco. It also provides education on historic preservation legislation and ordinances, tax incentives and the requirements to include a property in the National Register of Historic Places.
After completing the one-day course, participants receive a six-month membership in the National Trust and a certificate of completion. ERA® affiliates are permitted to use the National Trust logo on their promotional materials upon completion of the course.

This program unites resort specialists from around the world through unique networking opportunities. Whether you are looking for a vacation get-away, an investment property, or your future retirement residence, ERA Real Estate will help make your search informative and fun.

Gold Star Property
ERA Gold Star Property is our preferred property program that alleviates all anxiety about a real estate transaction – whether buying or selling! These homes are entirely "move-in" ready and are prepared with the knowledge and expertise of your local ERA sales associate.

ERA New Thresholds
For the mature market, ERA sales associates have gone the distance to provide you with a level of attention and care that speaks only to you. We understand many different types of people make up the "Mature Market" and their housing needs are not the same for a person who is 55 yrs. of age as they are for a person who is 65.

eCampus is a customized E-Learning Site powered by an award-winning Learning Management System. This e-learning solution enables your organization to provide Web-based learning and development courses via the Internet to employees. The mission of eCampus is to provide the most comprehensive education in a variety of delivery methods that will enable ERA affiliates to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and achieve personal success.
eCampus is where you can find all education resources that ERA has to offer. Learning with ERA can be done in three different formats.
Live Classroom
Locations in the United States where we have the minimum requirement of attendees, instructors will travel to your location to teach a course in a live classroom environment. Courses that are offered in a live classroom are: AccelERAtion, Top Gun, The Relocation Experience, Relocation Management.
Virtual Classroom
Choose from several nationally recognized courses, yet take the course from the comfort of your home or office while still having full interaction with your instructor and other attendees. All you need is an internet connection. Same course materials and designations. Traditional 2-day courses are offered in 7-90 minute sessions over a 10 day period of time, so you are never out of your business for more than 90 minutes.
Self-Paced Learning
Courses available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Feel free to take a course from Real Estate sales to Microsoft Office anytime of the day. Once registered, these course are also available to you to as many times as you choose to take them.
Materials & Resources
There are many resources available to support the ERA Education system and training course. In addition to the many live and web-based classes, you can complement your training efforts with videos, reading materials and more.

An Intranet site especially designed for ERA® affiliates. The internal network is a passport to online training programs, monthly awards updates and ERA® news. It also features information about products, programs and services available to ERA® members.
