Services are delivered by independently-owned franchise organizations across the U.S. and Canada. Each franchisee serves as a virtual IT department, primarily for small-to mid-sized businesses.
Managed services-something every business can use.
Most small and medium businesses don't have the time or resources to monitor their PCs or networks. That's where you come in. Expetec provides a comprehensive category of services known as "Business Essentials", one of which is E-Care managed services. This product will be your life blood. It's the one that will get you in the door of any prospective business customer.
You find the customers, we do the rest.
As a franchise owner, you take advantage of Expetec's network operations center (NOC)-a sort of central command station. Here, our experts monitor your clients' equipment and eliminate problems before they arise. Your job is to point out to your customers how well you protected them.

Training & Support
Phase I
Your educational journey begins with Phase I, a six-day training course at Expetec corporate headquarters in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Training includes extensive coverage in the following areas:
Phase II
The next step in your education begins after you complete training. Phase II takes place for eight weeks after your initial training. An Expetec Regional Support Manager will help you prepare for your grand opening. In fact, he or she will spend the week before the grand opening on-site helping you with preparations.
Phase III
Because our industry changes rapidly, we continually launch additional training programs in Phase III. Look for new offerings that will keep you up-to-date on the latest service, product and market changes.
