Products & Services
Susan Ellman and Ellen Davis began
Incredibly Edible Delites, Inc. in 1984, as a cottage industry in their own kitchens. What started out as a great party idea quickly grew into a healthy, exciting, delectably delicious alternative to sending flowers. An Incredibly Edible Delite can be found in hospital rooms or nurses stations, on conference tables or cocktail tables, "Delite"-ing and impressing.
Word of these delicious arrangements has spread far and wide causing Incredibly Edible Delites, Inc. to grow. In a carefully orchestrated plan, Incredible Franchise Corporation was formed. The first franchise location opened in September 1993 in Westville, New Jersey. Since that time, the company has blossomed into a multi-franchise, coast-to-coast organization.
We are most proud of our "Strawberry salute" program. Three times a year our cooperating franchise partners take time to recognize those in their community who give of themselves. Read about our current recipients by clicking here.
Susan Ellman & Ellen Davis and their fruit gift baskets Incredibly Edible Delites, Inc. has redefined the fruit basket. Instead of the traditional apples and oranges stacked in a pyramid design, picture a floral bouquet made entirely out of freshly cut summer fruit. This is a real palate-pleaser throughout the year!

The training program includes all facets of shop operations including hands-on
instruction in the creation of our designs. During the three-week program,
training includes:- FruitFlowers design training

INVESTMENT
Franchise Fee ($35,000)
The Franchise fee provides you with 2 weeks of training at our Philadelphia based facility. During this training period, you will learn the art of creating our unique arrangements. Instruction will also include operations management training in the areas of: customer service, sales management, purchasing of supplies, delivery system organization. You will be able to take home with you the recommendations for hiring of personnel, a grand opening advertising plan and marketing strategies to develop your new specialty gift business. After your location is ready to open, additional on site training is completed and includes facility and kitchen set up, staff interviews and making sure that you are ready for business.
Initial Investment ($132,500-$202,500)
This includes allowances for:
