Overview
Hamburger Mary's franchises are all Open-air bar and grilles for open-minded
people, where guests enjoy a flamboyant dining experience. One majro requirement to owning your own Hamburger Mary's Bar and Grille is prior experience in owning or operating such a full-service restaurant. Your Aunt Edna would say, "Oh, my." But then, you're not Aunt Edna.
Products & Services
San Fransisco, in 1972, was the birthplace of our casual style "family
dining" concept. 35 years later we are still following our basic
philosophy of using wholesome fresh foods and healthy ingredients. Our
burgers are still made with low-fat USDA prime beef (turkey or
vegetarian patties can be substituted); we use only farm-fresh chicken
and turkey products with healthy, fresh salads, sandwiches and soups.
All items are made daily in Mary's kitchens.
Our "All You Can Eat Sunday Brunch" features a bottomless champagne or Mimosa (available at select locations) cocktail. Guests are encouraged to sample our Famous Spicy Bloody Mary. Each location has a patio and a full bar with live entertainment in the evenings. "Mary's Little Friends" under 10, have their own special menu. Dessert menus offer a scrumptious selection of signature sweets like "Mary Tyler S'mores," Warm Skillet Brownies and Mary's Iron Pail Cobbler.
Each location supports local charities with a portion of the cover charge or proceeds going to benefit these worthwhile causes. Our Karaoke, Dating Game, Bingo Events and Local Comic Contests as well as featured entertainers and Mary's Idol Contest help to liven up the evening after most guests have finished dining from our extensive menu with local favorites featured as "Mary's Special-Tease."
