Training & Support
Depending on your background and experience, we provide four
to six weeks of training in all facets of restaurant operations. You or
your operating partner and all designated managers must attend and successfully
complete the training program.
We provide support throughout the restaurant development process, including site review and approval, bank references for SBA and conventional financing, prototype drawings for buildings, vendor referrals for kitchen design, equipment and sign packages and an operations team for pre-opening, opening and post-opening support for your new restaurant. On-going operations field support, marketing support at both the local and Co-Op restaurant levels, and an established distribution system to ensure the highest quality products at the best possible prices are all services that you will receive from us.

Are You a Good Fit for Hartz Chicken?
We are most interested in expanding our co-branding program
in non-traditional locations such as convenience stores, gas stations,
mall food courts, super markets, major airports, stadiums, college and
universities, and end-cap strip centers where drive-thru opportunities
exist.
Both individual franchises for single unit locations and development agreements for multiple unit markets are available in select markets.
Generally $100,000 to $300,000 is sufficient depending upon if you lease or purchase the land, and whether your location is a co-branding or free-standing site. The balance of the cost is most frequently financed through banking sources.
