which to book rooms:
Franchisees have the ability to monitor and maintain their property’s internet marketing efforts through the reservation center by:
- Voice Services - Guests may make and confirm reservations and receive information through “live” reservation agents by calling our toll-free reservation line - 800-251-1962
- Internet Services – Guests can receive up to the minute rates and availability and book, confirm, modify or cancel reservations through our Branded Booking Engine on line at www.BookRoomsNow.com
- Electronic Services (Pegasus and Global Distribution Systems) – Guests may connect seamlessly to travel sites and travel agents worldwide, receive property information and rates, view property photos through hundreds of websites to which your property’s listing and details will be made available
Franchisees have the ability to monitor and maintain their property’s internet marketing efforts through the reservation center by:
- Managing rates, availability and restrictions on line or by simply placing a call to our reservation support center
- Retrieve over fifteen standard reports that can assist in managing reservations, maximizing revenue and judging property performance
- Receive support 24 hours a day, 365 days per year via phone, fax and email
- Receive reservations via fax, email or property management system
Training & Support
An important part of our Franchise Services is our Franchise Training Program which offers:
- Education and training on effectively working with the reservation system to manage the available systems to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Personal Sales and Marketing techniques to be utilized at the local level
- Housekeeping and Customer Service training for your employees
