Overview
As a Janbury Unit franchisee you will be granted a protected market to build a Janbury business. You will support general contractors and developers on large commercial and multifamily projects. Janbury gets involved in project as early as the design phase and is there supporting the developer throughout the entire life cycle of a building.

Training
We require all franchisees to participate in a comprehensive training course that lasts approximately three weeks. The initial program focuses on all aspects of the Janbury™ franchise system, comprising both classroom and on-the-job training.
On-site Assistance
We provide on-site assistance to all franchisees two weeks prior to their opening. Our management team also periodically schedules visits throughout the course of the franchise term. These visits are designed to provide operational assistance and guidance in various aspects of the Janbury™ business system.
Management Consulting
Our management team is always only a phone call or an email away to offer advice or suggestions on how to more effectively run a franchise. All franchisees receive a Janbury™ Operations Manual that contains specifications, standards, procedures and recommendations to aid you in the operation of your Janbury™ franchise.
Our management team also actively seeks opportunities to promote and expand the Janbury brand. Often, we ask our franchisees to participate in the marketing programs that promote Janbury, helping to expand the franchise system.
Marketing Materials
Franchisees have access to a broad range of professionally designed marketing materials for use at their business, such as brochures, print advertisements, press releases, newsletters and other print publications all developed at the corporate level. As it is vital to maintain a consistent branding campaign across the entire franchise system, all marketing materials must be ordered through the corporate office or approved by the management team for use.
Lead Generation
As part of the franchise agreement, Janbury corporate will be actively working in your territory to research and develop a project pipeline that will enable you as a new franchisee to hit the ground running. This project pipeline will consist of many up coming projects in your area that are ready to accept final cleaning and labor bids from a new Janbury in the area. We will continually deliver project leads to you until you are able to prospect with any assistance. Lead information will include project details such as:- name, location, type, size, value, timelines and contact details to help you quickly get into a bid position and use the training you have been given.
