employees that we place on a particular job site. It is that genuine
concern for the welfare of both our clients and for our employees that
help set us apart from the competition.

Training & Support
Again, we go back to the concept that personal goals drive business goals.
The personal goals and objectives of owners, investors and
shareholders, along with the personal goals and objectives of managers
and all of the Job Source USA staff are critical to the success of the
individual locations.
The alignment of every person around a commitment to operate by the Brand's Mission, Core Values, Vision and Strategy will underlie the success of the business.
Because the goal of every Job Source USA franchisee is to "Become the Employer's Choice in Staffing" and to build a Job Source USA Franchise that will help them improve their lifestyle, build wealth, equity and income, franchisees will insist on having their manager(s) trained at the Job Source USA Home Office. Training for the franchisee and a member of the franchisee's staff will be in Omaha, Nebraska, or a site that the Job Source USA Franchise Home Office determines. The training will last approximately 2 weeks, and include classroom and hands-on field training. The time and date of the training will be mutually agreed upon by the new franchisee and the Home Office of Job Source USA.
After completing training at the Home Office of Job Source USA, and when franchisees begin operations at the franchisee's office, it is very important that the new franchisees insist that their manager(s) train(s) all their employees with the Job Source USA training manuals which detail each person's job responsibilities and emphasizes the importance of being Customer Centric.
You are a Strategic-Partner with Job Source USA, and we at Job Source USA have a vested interest in how well our franchisees are doing. While we do not want any of our franchises to have problems, we know that an occasional problem will occur. In the Franchise Agreement we have stipulated that all our franchisees must use a payroll company to pay their bills. In the Franchise Agreement, our franchisees have given Job Source USA the ability to access their payroll account with the required payroll company. Having access to view each franchisee's payroll records provides the Home Office of Job Source USA the opportunity to quickly see if a franchisee is having difficulty so we can assist in trying to correct any problem.
A Job Source USA franchise representative will check in periodically with a franchisee to see how phones are answered, testing is handled, backgrounds are checked, applicants are placed, and to see if the franchisee is in compliance with the Job Source USA Franchise Agreement. The goal of everyone in the Home Office of Job Source USA, as well as our Field Representatives, is to have successful franchisees that are achieving their personal goals, as well as the franchisors goal for development of the brand.

Why Job Source USA?
Franchisees determine how the customer perceives the brand
This means is that all our franchisees and their staff help to determine how a customer perceives our brand. That is why Job Source USA will insist on employee training not only for the manager, but also for the employees of each franchisee.
While the manager of a Job Source USA must attend and pass, the Job Source USA training course at the Home Office in Omaha, Nebraska, the manager of each franchise will be required to use the Job Source USA employee training manuals and testing material to make sure that each employee understands their job responsibilities and the importance of creating a positive experience for everyone they come into contact with while they do their job.
Everything our employees do at each franchise either reinforces or detracts from the brand's personality which we want the customer to experience.
In order to make sure that all employees understand their job responsibilities and their role in helping build the brand, each franchise manager will provide each Job Source USA employee with a Job Source USA handbook that stresses becoming Customer Centric and why it is so important. This will be required reading for all employees, after which the employee will be required to pass a proficiency test on job responsibilities for their position and what it means to be Customer Centric.

Are You a Good Fit for Job Source USA?
You can get it open, but can you keep it going...Strong?
Job Source USA not only wants you to know your start up costs, we want you to have a good idea of what it will cost to keep a franchise business going... Strong. Costs for setting up a business is one thing .... keeping a business going while you grow the business is another. Job Source USA wants you to consider both the cost of start up and the cost for operating the business.
Start Up
The typical Job Source office is between 2,000 and 4,000 square feet. The typical start up for an office of this size is around $72,000. (in some areas of the country this could be significantly higher)
ln the staffing business you pay your workers on a weekly basis while the companies for which you supply workers will pay you on a monthly basis, and some will pay you on a forty-five (45) day basis. You will need a line of credit, or some means of money to make payroll each week. We project you will need a liquid capital or a line of credit of approximately $100,000.
As your business grows you may not need a line of credit. We have included your liquid capital or line of credit in the above mentioned start up costs. lf you need start up capital we can provide advice on how to fill out SBA forms or loan applications for your bank.
On-Going Cost
Our franchise fee is only 2 1/2% of gross. Other staffing companies want a 5% to 7% of your gross and some will want to do a 60% - $40% split of all revenues. Job Source USA believes that the best way to approach a new staffing business is not to give away a significant portion of your revenues because once you agree to give up 40% of your revenues, you may be locked into that relationship for up to 10 years. At Job Source USA, we look on our franchisees as Strategic-Partners building a brand, so we have keep our royalty fee to a minimum of 2 1/2% of gross.
ln addition to your rent, utilities and advertising, you should consider salaries for your office personnel and sales people, there will also be costs for your internet, phone service, cell phones, business travel, auto business expense, postage, office supplies, brochures, health insurance for full-time employees and work comp insurance for both the full time staff and temporary employees and other possible overhead.
