Joey's Seafood and Grill is the kind of friendly, bustling seafood restaurant you'd
find just around the corner if you lived in Nantucket. It's a chalkboard with mouthwatering daily specials. It's
an open kitchen where you can watch chefs work their magic. And, generous portions that respect
the family budget and are brought to your table in minutes. Joey's Seafood and Grill is a fresh take on the cozy,
neighborhood seafood restaurant.
Training & Support

Once your franchise application is approved, we will be there from day one, assisting you with site selection and construction. And using our collective buying power, we will help you purchase high quality furniture, fixtures and equipment at very competitive prices.
Your Joey's Seafood and Grill Training Program will consist of up to four weeks working at an established Joey's Seafood and Grill restaurant. You will learn firsthand all aspects of restaurant management including cooking, customer service and personnel management. You will also receive accounting, marketing and operations manuals to facilitate day-to-day management. And for up to two weeks after your restaurant opens, we'll have specialists on site to ensure smooth operations and on-going support.
Marketing and Advertising
Joey's Seafood and Grill corporate provides an arsenal of fun and impactful advertising components for each store owner. From an annual calendar of turn-key tactics to implement, to in-store promotional collaterals, each franchisee has the tools to drive business through the door and up sell customers once they are inside.

Are You a Good Fit for Joey's Seafood and Grill?
- Preferred 5-7 years in business management experience, including P&L and employee supervision responsibilities.
- Foodservice experience is a plus, however not a prerequisite.
- Results based with strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Preferred experience with Word, Excel, and basic PC operations.
- Hands-on ownership is preferred; however, day-to-day unit management is not a requirement.
- Multi-unit ownership preferred, however not a requirement.
- Individual or multi owner groups accepted.
