Overview
Founded in 1974, Kennelwood Pet Resorts became one of the first
All-Suite pet resorts in the country. We currently have multiple
corporate owned locations in the St. Louis metro area, each offering a
wide variety of specialized, even proprietary, products and guest
services - all designed to treat pets, according to our employee credo,
with "Trust, Commitment, Loving Care."

Whether your pet's idea of the perfect getaway is high activity or relaxation, Kennelwood offers the perfect pet vacation package, featuring fun and stimulating experiences for every pet guest. Our all-suite canine accommodations include destinations such as The Cabanas, our tropical paradise, and The Lodges, our cozy alpine retreat. For our feline guests, we offer The Seaside Suites, complete with an aquarium view.
In addition, we offer a unique array of services and amenities, including award-winning services at The Spa, The Training Academy, SHED-X® Treatments, The DayCamp, Invisible Fence® Pet Systems, Yappy Hour, Bizzy Bones, Find a Pet, Pet Transport and more!

Our full-service cat and dog boarding resorts offer enticing destinations, accommodations and activities so your pet can enjoy the ultimate pet resort experience. Along with the assurance of expert care, ultimate comfort and safety, while pet parents are away.
Grooming & SHED-X® Treatments
Our complete professional grooming spa provides the ultimate pet pampering experience. Services include dog baths, cat baths and SHED-X® Treatments, the six-step grooming program that virtually eliminates shedding.
Dog Training
Our group classes are conducted by training professionals, offering pets and pet parents the opportunity to learn in a social setting. Our personal trainers work with pets, and pet parents, providing individual instruction. Each program is customized to meet the needs of both pet and pet parent. Training a dog is easy with Kennelwood Pet Resorts!
Doggie DayCamp
Happy Campers enjoy romping and playing with their canine buddies all afternoon, in supervised PlayGroups of 10-14 dogs of similar size and temperament. Doggie DayCampCounselors never leave PlayGroups unattended.
Pet Transportation
We offer home pick up and delivery for pets receiving services at our locations. We also offer complete door-to-door services for pets of families relocating anywhere in the world.

Training & Support
Joining a franchise concept means never having to go it alone. As part
of the Kennelwood Pet Resorts system, you will have the assistance and
support of the entire franchisor organization, with access to our
trained team, our established trademarks and operating systems, and a
full selection of tools and services designed to get you started and
keep your business running efficiently.
You will complete up to four weeks of training at our headquarters, and your lead trainer and lead stylist will also receive specialized training. You will receive assistance in locating and setting up your facility, plus you will have up to five days of grand opening assistance at your location. You’ll also receive, among other things, a detailed procedures manual, the right to use our trademarks and proprietary software, and access to our marketing materials and operational tools and techniques.
Areas covered by our comprehensive franchise support services include:
