Overview
We feel confident that our sports-minded
restaurants and quality foods fit a needed niche in the restaurant
industry. We have developed a great brand, both in our Hometown and
outside the St. Louis Area, by consecutively being voted the #1 Sports
Bar in St. Louis, Best Place to take the Kids, and Best Bar and Grill.
We have also been chosen for Best Fries, Best Burgers, Best Pub, Best Wings, and Best casual Lunch on several occasions. In the summer of 1999, the Missouri Restaurant Association honored Krieger's with the award for Best Menu in Missouri. Krieger's is not only the place for sports fans, but for families as well. Kids Eat Free Tuesdays serve up great kids meals on Frisbees and entertains them with clowns and magicians. Kids can join the Krieger's Kids Club and receive several cool coloring pages and coupons throughout the year.

Training & Support
We assist in site selection determined by a
successful criteria formulation. We assist in all site negotiation be
it a lease location or purchase agreement.
Review of demographics and trade area. Development of site architectural plans. Selection of contractors – Prices/comparison continual review of all project costs. Sign specifications and costs associated with equipment specifications with vendors. And this is all done by the President of our company, Brian Krieger.
During this time you and/or your management team will be training in St. Louis. Two weeks prior to opening, our opening staff will assist you in all final preparations for your opening. We will provide training all employees, final set-up of restaurant; every aspect of operations is covered through opening. Staff will remain an additional week to follow progress of unit and evaluate overall operations.
Continued support is always only a phone call away. A few weeks after opening a marketing consultant will assist you in your Grand Opening preparations. Our marketing department is available to assist with advertising proposals and media placement, radio spots, direct mail pieces and placement.
You will receive a copy of our Operations Manual, Training Manual and Video and Advertising Manual.

You as a Franchisee must understand why our concept is positioned as it is, and how to execute to the standards of the Franchisor. You buy into a proven formula, but you have to remember that systems cannot run on their own and that becoming a franchise is becoming a business owner. It is your company. We are the support team. Simply put, it is our responsibility to train franchisees to become successful restaurateurs.
