Overview
Two types of franchises are available: A direct franchise
for an individual unit, and a multi-unit franchise and
area development agreement providing for multiple LOOP
franchised restaurants within a specific geographic
area.
The initial term of THE LOOP franchise agreement is twenty (20) years, renewable for successive terms of ten (10) years provided franchise meets the criteria.

The Loop Pizza Grill has been a
neighborhood favorite since opening our doors in 1981 because we
operate our restaurants one way:
The Loop Way!
That means all our burgers are hand-pattied before fire grilling, and our fresh salad greens are washed and cut by hand. Even our croutons—cut from fresh French bread, seasoned and baked onsite—are made daily.
Our pizzas are topped with fresh ingredients, many of which are grilled or sautéed for extra flavor, and every pizza enters our ovens under a cover of The Loop’s hand-grated custom cheese blend. If you want a sweet treat, try our hand-dipped milkshakes and malts. They’re blended with our proprietary premium ice cream and flavored just the way you like it.
Sure, managing these details is a lot of work, but we think our guests are worth it. So take a menu, order at the counter and relax at a table while we prepare your food—just for you. If it’s your first time, welcome. If it’s your third, fourth or hundredth visit, thanks, as always, for circling back around to The Loop.

Training & Support
You and up to four employees will attend a training
and familiarization course of approximately six(6) to
eight(8) weeks. This intensive course will be conducted
at THE LOOP's Jacksonville headquarters. The program
is designed to provide a thorough understanding of all
financial, operational, management and marketing aspects
of running a LOOP restaurant. During the training, THE
LOOP's experienced and professional staff will place
special emphasis on sales building, profitability, customer
service and food quality assurance. Your only cost for
this training will be for travel, meals and lodging.
Once fully operational, additional optional and required
refresher training courses will be available to you
and your staff.
As a LOOP franchise owner, you will receive periodic visits from a LOOP Field Consultant to answer questions and provide operational support and guidance. As THE LOOP operations and marketing manuals are upgraded and refined, you will receive the most current versions.

Are You a Good Fit for Loop Pizza Grill?
The franchise fee for a single LOOP franchise is $30,000.
The fee is payable in two phases: $15,000 at the execution
of the agreement, and $15,000 when a lease is signed
or training begins.
For the multi-unit franchises there is a negotiated initial fee followed by payments at the opening of each unit located within geographical boundaries covered by the multi-unit agreement. The fees are determined based upon the number of units and schedule of openings determined for the specific geographic area.
The franchise fee pays for the initial license to use THE LOOP name, trademark, and logo, as well as for training, site selection assistance and other pre-opening services including full access to THE LOOP's extensive operations manuals and comprehensive marketing and promotional strategy.
Minimum Financial Requirements:
A personal net worth of $1,000,000.00 with a minimum liquidity of $250,000.00.
