indicates. A survey done by Restaurants & Institutions found that
almost 50% of the U.S. eats at a quick serve – fast food - restaurant

Mandler's the Original Sausage Company has quickly become a favorite
destination of Manhattan food lovers. With eleven different types of
grilled 9.5"' European-style sausage, all served on freshly baked
breads with a variety of toppings and sauces, it is no wonder
Manhattanites have been flocking to Mandler's for an affordable and
satisfying meal. Mouth-watering French fries, zucchini fries, and
addictive corn fritters are the perfect complement to this these
European delicacies.
Opening a European-style sausage eatery has long been the dream of founder Ronnie Mandler. “I wanted to bring to the U.S. the sausage meal I have always enjoyed on my trips to Europe ,” explains Ronnie. The concept has evolved into a New York phenomenon, quickly becoming a must-eat lunch and dinner destination.

Training & Support
Prior to your opening, you will complete a two-week training course at
our flagship location. We'll also be there to assist at your location
as you get started, including site selection and layout/design
assistance. And you'll receive, among other things, a detailed
operating manual, access to our established list of approved suppliers,
and the rights to use our trademarks.
We will continue to provide ongoing support services to you by phone, email, Internet, and periodic on-site visits to your location. Plus, we regularly update our operations manual with new procedures and other information designed to improve operations for all franchisees.
