Customers enjoy the Marco's Pizza experience because we, unlike many of the chains today, deliver, FRESH, HIGH QUALITY, GREAT TASTING PIZZA at a superb value making the Marco's Pizza experience an experience that is truly different and better. The key to Marco's Pizza is Freshness! If this were an actual Marco's Pizza Restaurant, you'd savor the unique blend of genuine Italian spices in our fresh tomato sauce, the three cheeses, FRESH, 100% REAL, never-frozen, making our Ah!thentic Italian Pizza. You could taste crust from dough made FRESH daily, the old, Authentic Italian way - because our pizza is made from a century-old Italian family recipe, using only the FRESHEST pizza ingredients.
Training & Support
Marco’s Franchising LLC will provide a comprehensive training program and training manual. During your research and due diligence, we will share with you our Management Training Matrix in order to determine which training track is appropriate and the tenure based on your experience and the function (Sales, Store Operations, Franchise Field Support) you will perform within the Area Representative Agreement. The Training breaks into the following categories and tenure:
- Sales & Support – 3-4 days depending on experience level
- Stores Operations – 14 -39 days depending on experience level
- Franchise Field Support Representative – 3-20 days depending on experience leve
- Marco’s Franchising LLC will provide training for up to 2 principals when the Area Representative agreement is signed.
- Area Representative must attend annual franchise meetings.
Marketing
Support
- Marco’s Franchising LLC will require the Area Representative to spend any money on local advertising, however we will recommend an Area Rep spend advertising on specific time tested programs we have utilize in franchisee recruitment. Nationally, Marco’s Pizza will support “lead” advertising between $200,000-$300,000 annually. Marco’s Franchising LLC internal marketing department will allow Area Representatives to utilize any or all designed creative with approval.
- The Area Representative is responsible
for contributing into a National Franchise Development Marketing Fund.

Are You a Good Fit for Marco's Pizza?
Single Unit Requirements
Qualifications for one Marco's pizza store include a net worth of $100,000, liquid assets of $60,000 and a boundless passion to succeed.
Multi-Unit Requirements
Most agreements involve the development of at least three pizza stores within an exclusive territory. Qualifications for three pizza stores include a net worth of $360,000, liquid assets of $180,000 and of course, even more boundless passion to succeed.
Standards of the Area Representative
- Meet our Development schedules – Franchise Signed and Franchises Opened
- Developed Stores must maintain gross sales that are at least 70% of the Marco’s system-wide sales average for the trailing 12 months. The benchmark level of performance will take into account only those Franchised Stores that have been open for one full year or more.
- Must have an approved training store in operation within 18 months. A penalty will be assessed if a training store is not established in 24 months
- Provide on-going operational and marketing support working a minimum of 40 hours a week
Approval
- Marco’s Franchising LLC must approve all franchisee applicants generated from the Area Representative efforts.
