We sponsor a 12-day in depth training program at franchise headquarters in the Frisco Mountain Comfort store, a 12000+ square foot building situated in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains. We also offer an additional 6-day in-store training program to assist with the opening.
Management Assistance Your success is paramount to us. You will have access to Mountain Comfort's toll free franchise hot line support system for immediate assistance. The franchisor will also provide an additional week of on-site management training at the franchisee's place of business prior to opening.
Operations Assistance
An operations coordinator will be assigned to your franchise. This person will serve as liaison, discuss your needs, answer your questions, and provide any additional information you may require.
Operationals Manual
The confidential operations manual is provided on loan to all franchisees during the training program and throughout the franchisee term.
