At Native New Yorker, we don't think of ourselves as a sports bar. And we definitely are proud of a lot more than just our wings. That's why we prefer "sports-themed family restaurant". You just don't find a menu like ours in a bar. And as good as our wings are, if you stop with them, you'll definitely be missing out.
Unlike most bars who serve pre-packaged, pre-processed, and pre-prepared traditional bar fare, our menu is stuffed with original recipes. Exotic salads, house specialty pizzas, calzones, and an array of original appetizers surround the centerpiece of our menu: our world class wings. And while our wings have won countless awards, you won't find the likes of our zesty Hawaiian Calzone, our savory Haystack Onion Loaf, or our Crammed Potato anywhere else.

Training & Support

Comprehensive 10 Day Initial Training
Every franchisee attends Native New Yorker's hands on, start up training in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ. There, your training will cover every aspect of Native New Yorker restaurant management. Our expert instructors will show you how to effectively market your business, operate the Native New Yorker point of sale system, coordinate the scheduling, manage the administrative and financial, and oversee your kitchen and wait staff. You'll learn all this and more in a very comprehensive, very intense initial training session. The capstone to your start up training is several days of onsite field training in your new Native New Yorker restaurant. You'll gain real world experience as our trainer helps you make final preparations for your successful grand opening.
Native New Yorker's one of a kind jumpstart program is one of the primary reasons Native New Yorker franchisees get off to as fast of a start as possible. The Jumpstart is a pre-training program that holds your hand through every detail of your new business's start up. From mundane tasks like applying for a local business license and obtaining your Federal Tax ID number to more expansive assignments like competition research and the development of your grand opening target marketing campaign, the Jumpstart ensures that you mazimize your time before training.
