DRAPERY & FABRIC WINDOW COVERING CLEANINGThe ON-SITE™ injection extraction system allows you to wet or dry clean all types of fabric window coverings including swags, jabots, balloons, valances, cornices, as well as delicate sheers, antique satins and more. ON-SITE™ also allows you to clean blackout drapes, fabric verticals and the popular SILHOUETTE® window shadings, DUETTE® honeycomb shades and LUMINETTE Privacy Sheers®, right where they hang! Traditional in-plant cleaners have not been able to offer these services.

- UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
Wet or dry clean virtually all upholstery fabrics, including silks, velvets, velours, jaquards, haitian cottons, bleeders, etc. The 5-in-1 tool kit, upholstery scrub head and cleaning solutions are included in ON-SITE™'s "complete equipment package".
Training & Support
ON-SITE™ UNIVERSITY offers weekend classes to new and existing ON-SITE™ equipment owners in two convenient locations - on the west coast in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and on the east coast in Charlotte, NC.
Attendees have personal, hands-on training with ON-SITE™ equipment and learn the latest techniques for cleaning all types of window treatments. This includes the use of a proprietary cleaning head developed specifically for LUMINETTE Privacy Sheers® and acknowledged by Hunter Douglas as the most effective means of cleaning their window treatment, right where it hangs without shrinkage or damage.
Training also includes techniques in cleaning DUETTE® honeycomb shades and SILHOUETTE® window shadings by Hunter Douglas, fabric verticals (Millenia™), pinch pleats, sheers, valances, cornices, balloons, swags, jabots and roman shades. In addition, participants learn tips and tricks for cleaning upholstery, lamp shades and oriental rugs, as well as the application of fabric protectants on various fabrics.
Participants also learn how to use ON-SITE™'s spotting tool and chemicals to effectively clean spots and stains on all fabrics. Instructors for the 2 day session are all professional cleaners, each with a minimum of 25 years experience and experts in the use of ON-SITE™ equipment. The second part of the course is conducted by marketing experts with years of experience in marketing the On-Site™ service. Upon completion of the weekend classes, certification is awarded to all graduates.

ON-SITE™ uses a safe, recyclable formula so you never have to worry about disposal - only the dirt is thrown away. The cleaning solution is an odorless solvent with deodorants, surfactants, detergents and brighteners instead of hazardous Perchloroethylene. It has a safe flash point of over 140° F and is formulated with a slight fragrance. It's even safe for nursing homes and hospitals.
