Patrice and Associate recruiters are well trained, experienced, and loyal to our mission. Our team has robust industry experience and come from a variety of positions such as Vice Presidents, Managing Partners, Chefs and Managers from other restaurants and hotels such as The Cheesecake Factory, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Marriott Corporation, TGI Fridays, Arbys, and YUM Brands.
Training & Support
We offer comprehensive training at our facility in Maryland. We will guide you through initial hands-on training, teaching all aspects of the Patrice & Associates franchise, including our software systems, approved methods for recruiting qualified candidates, costs associated with candidates, and other standards of the recruiting business. You will leave our training ready to hit start your franchise, along with a complete step-by-step manual for reference at your fingertips.
Training is not the end of our support: you will have the entire Patrice & Associates management team in your corner. We succeed when you succeed. Our Management Team will provide ongoing education and training through webinars, consultations, and even on-site visits to your office.
You will also have access to direct, personal training and support from Patrice herself. She will work with you in the planning of the Grand Opening of your business. Our Vice President will also provide support with any technical computer issues and the development of business web page.
Our National Account Manager will assist you in developing your territory. Additionally, the whole Patrice & Associates management team is always either a phone call or email away to answer any questions you may have. The entire management team at Patrice & Associates is fully dedicated to the success of your business.
