are designed to help Chief Executives get from where they are now to where
they want to be, both personally and professionally.
We are a membership organization who, through our local Business Partners,
invite qualified top executives to participate in our process. We offer several
programs designed to serve the specific needs of our members. Programs are
based on the "peer advisory process" whereby we provide an environment
that facilitates peer exchange leading to improved business performance and
enhanced quality of life. We complement the advisory process by coordinating
or providing a variety of tools, training and support services to help our
members reach their goals and achieve their vision.
Training & Support
Our Franchisees are trained in our proprietary methods for helping
members develop and achieve their personal and professional goals.
With more than 15 years in business, our model is time-tested and
proven through experience. Our call center in San Diego is staffed with knowledgeable
professionals. These highly trained, educated and polished individuals
are available to make the initial phone call to our prospective
members. One-on-one conversations with you and the candidate or
attendance at a forum event will be scheduled. This gives you the time
to network in your community and leaves the cold calling to our
professionals. Unlike many others coaching and peer group opportunities, Renaissance Executive Forums
