Since its inception in 1975, Robin’s has grown from one store in Thunder Bay Ontario, to one of the top grossing donut chains in Western Canada. With over 130 locations situated between Vancouver Island and Prince Edward Island, Robin’s has established itself as one of the most senior franchise organization in North America.

Our restaurants are typically open to the public 24 hours, 7 days a week. We have developed a comprehensive and efficient minimum four-week training program that can be easily taught to people interested in owning and operating their own business. Our training and ongoing support allow all of our restaurants to meet our high standards for product quality and outstanding customer service. We don’t accept mediocrity in any of our restaurants; we expect excellence in every aspect of our business.

Training & Support
Each new franchisee and management team is required to attend a
training course for a minimum of four weeks at our Thunder Bay, Ontario
training facility. This comprehensive course combines both classroom
instruction and on-the-job training for approximately 50 hours per
week. It
covers basic principles of management, food preparation, customer
service and other details vital to the success of your new business.
After you have successfully completed the training program you will be working with your Business Development Manager (BDM) to plan your restaurant opening including ordering of inventory, uniforms, small wares, grand opening, literature etc. Your BDM will work with you to train you and your key employees to assist you in the first days following restaurant opening.
