Carlson Leisure Group (CLG) is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and includes the franchise leisure travel arm of Carlson Companies, a global leader in the marketing, travel, and hospitality industries.
Carlson Leisure Group includes franchise travel operations in the United States, as well as leisure and lightly-managed business travel services, using a variety of brand names. Tours, cruises, escorted and independent travel for individuals and groups-are sold by the division's travel agents in all fifty states. The retail division, a network of company-owned and independent Associate locations, also manages commercial travel accounts of medium and small-sized companies.
All totaled, there are more than 1,700 travel agency locations that fall under the auspices of Carlson Leisure Group, including CLG's three U.S. travel agency franchise groups-including Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associates, Cruise Holidays and Results Travel-along with the Carlson Wagonlit Travel retail agencies in the United States owned by Carlson Leisure Group.

Training & Support
Your membership in SeaMaster Cruises begins with an extensive new agent training program at SeaMaster Cruises Institute. We host a week long training course in Minneapolis, MN that includes a detailed introduction to our programs and services conducted by our Education and Training team. The second session of your initial training is held onboard one of Royal Caribbean InternationaI's cruise ships. During the advanced training session you will develop your marketing plan and dive in to the details of how to make your business successful. Thereafter, the team works year-round to host seminars, conduct net-conferencing training, plan regional and national meetings and training, and fulfill all of your training needs.
