Overview
ServCorp started in August of 1989 as a family business,
utilizing the individual talents of three brothers with entrepreneurial
vision, who got into business looking for an opportunity to match
personal needs and the all-American dream of a self-owned business.
Since they opened the business by purchasing the initial set of cleaning
equipment, ServCorp has maintained high quality standards every year,
resulting in its growth and success.
In 1999, another family member joined ServCorp, bringing with him his outstanding experience in managing large store chains. This contributed tremendously in improving the business program. In just a few short years, our network has grown to a number of units across several states and continues to expand.
Now ServCorp is a successful company with an outstanding track record and an expanding network of branch units. ServCorp believes that there are many people that work hard and are looking for the opportunity to have their own business. We are here to provide our team help and training to fulfill this goal.

We clean large and small office buildings, medical
facilities, banks,
department stores, etc. Services are performed during the day or night on a
daily, weekly or monthly basis. We use state of the art equipment and the best
chemicals available. We are able to cover large chains in
essentially every state.

SERVCORP has been working with floor care for the last decade serving clients such as Target, Albertson’s, Mervyn’s, Smith’s, and many others in the western of United States. The products used by the SERVCORP personnel are the best products in the industry today. Some of our suppliers include 3M, Johnson, and Buckeye: the three leaders in chemicals (wax, stripper, and sealants) and scrub pads. SERVCORP uses the latest equipment and technology, the best chemicals, and the finest personnel trained in the business to give you, our client, the best experience and quality in the floor care industry. The SERVCORP Carpet Care Team is one of best teams in the industry today, totaling more than 10,000 hours in training and service. We are specialized in Bonnet, dry-cleaning, carpet shampoo, etc.
Training & Support
Training Management Support is a necessary condition to success.SERVCORP International knows effective training must be developed and conducted with its final customers in mind – the commercial cleaning industry. That is why we carefully see management, content, logistics, technology, objectives and follow-up as fundamental aspects of our training program. Classroom and field training programs provide not only intensive start-up skills, but also a series of individual and group meetings, seminars and workshops focused on the challenges faced by the building contractor and his or her customers.

The Building Service Contractors Association (BSCAI)
offers two different types of certifications, one for executives (CBSE) and other for
