Our Detail-Clean Rotation System ensures that your home is
thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. We begin your service by getting
your home “Detail-Clean” with two initial cleans. The first clean
focuses on the kitchen and bathrooms. Additionally, we will give the
rest of your home a general, but thorough cleaning.
The second time we visit your home we provide an in-depth cleaning of the living and sleeping areas; focusing on vacuuming furniture and upholstery, individually hand-wiping furniture and knick-knacks. From then on, we follow the system outlined below which allows us to maintain your home’s basic cleaning needs while also detailing specific areas on each cleaning.

Training & Support
We begin by assuming that you know absolutely nothing about running a residential housecleaning business.
Therefore, our two-week training program starts right at the beginning, teaching you everything you need to
know about starting and running a small business, operating our computer system, hiring and training your
cleaning personnel, using our Detail-Clean Rotation System, and getting the most out of our direct mail program.
In short, you may come into our training program knowing very little, but we guarantee you'll walk out feeling
like an old pro.
Developed in-house at a cost of over a half million dollars, our software program will help you track and manage virtually every aspect of your business. You can use it to manage and schedule appointments, handle billing and payroll, take control of all necessary accounting procedures, and much more. One of its truly unique features is its ability to keep constant track of your cleaning teams. Every time a cleaner arrives at or leaves a house, they call in to the computer, which logs the call automatically, letting you know exactly where everybody is, or was, at any point during the day.
And one of the greatest advantages that web-based software system offers is our ability to serve you with our in-house Call Center. The Call Center is set up specifically for our franchisees to allow them to leave their office to work with their teams and meet with their customers without having to turn on an answering machine. The Call Center utilizes the software system to perform tasks such as giving potential customer estimates over the phone and setting up appointments for in-home estimates. The Call Center can also answer questions from customers and allows the franchisee to call in if away from the office to see how his/her teams are progressing. None of this would be possible if not for the web-based software system.
