Overview
The Exercise Coach is designed from the ground up to eliminate the barriers to fitness and health that exist in the current wellness industry. An estimated 85% of the US adult population is not participating in meaningful, consistent exercise. We are driven by a scientific understanding of human health and empowered by cutting edge fitness technology. Our unique training system removes the barriers to fitness that so much of the population struggles with. In just two twenty minute workouts weekly, we deliver concentrated exercise in a comfortable studio. Each exercise session is instructed by certified wellness coaches who are trained to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their physical goals.
We’ve spent 12 years perfecting exercise routines based on rigorous research and modern technology. Our 20-minute approach simplifies routines for busy people to receive quality, safe, effective exercise. Most people want the benefits of regular exercise, but don’t have the time to spend hours day in, day out in the gym. Our personalized, clean, professional studios are a contrast to larger gyms and health clubs.
Training & Support
The advantage that we have over traditional training is our proven process of quality service. One of the great benefits to our industry-leading health technology is a standard, yet personalized, delivery that is consistent across all of our coaches and locations yet can adapts to meet the needs of every client. All client workouts are stored and data is generated that allows our coaches to provide expert recommendations for all clients to see results as they continue to progress.
Measuring performance doesn’t stop with the workout, however. Our business management platform allows franchise owners to monitor vital business metrics like client acquisition, retention, payment processing, marketing, and employee performance from their personal computer or mobile device from anywhere in the world. This operational simplicity means that regardless of if you own and manage one or several studios, you can track your business and provide real-time updates to your staff in each location.
You will also receive continuous support and training from us in all areas of operations, from coaching clients to managing employees, to marketing your studio.
