Training & Support
This comprehensive 4-day Boot Camp is an exciting workshop held at The Lease Coach®
Training Center. The secrets of The Lease Coach System will be revealed
to you complete with our powerful Monthly Marketing Manual (MMM) that
will show you how to launch your commercial lease consulting practice.
As a Franchisee, you will receive your own custom website page, complete with your own Professional Profile and video/audio welcome, your own local testimonials and references, success stories, tenant tips, upcoming seminars events and much, much more. It is updated continually by The Lease Coach® Webmaster.
Following the Jump-Start Training Program we hold weekly and monthly Tele-classes by phone and web classes by internet that will keep you in touch with what you need to know and new developments. These are mandatory ongoing education and marketing classes that you can participate in live – and then receive the recorded CD or DVD module for review at any time.

Why The Lease Coach?
Franchisees operate from a home-based office anchored with a
professional Business Center address. Be your own boss and work the
days and hours you wish – typically, Monday to Friday 9-5. Vacation
when you want as long as you work full time. People said we’re crazy for awarding such large territories. In most
cases the territory will encompass over .5 to 5 million people or an
entire State or Province. (select larger states are divided
territories). Your territory will be protected, blocking out other
franchisees. However, this means once a territory is gone its gone – so
call now and send in the franchise application. 57 US franchises and 7
Canadian Franchises are being awarded – that is all. (International
franchise opportunities also available). Of course it is nice to earn lots of money, but it
is even better to provide a service that tenants want. Helping business
owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs save money and avoid problems
is a great calling. As Dale puts it, "Prior to 1993, when I used to
work for landlords my job satisfaction level was average, but as The
Lease Coach I can’t wait to start work every day and most days it
doesn't even feel like work."
Are You a Good Fit for The Lease Coach?
We don’t believe in penalizing high performers so
rather than charge a percentage of your sales, the monthly franchise
fee is a flat amount and varies from $2200 per month to $3200 per month
depending on the size of your territory. In most cases this will be
less than half what you earn for a single consulting project. Dale Willerton will show you how he consistently
earns high fees, coaching and consulting tenants when that was his
primary objective. There is no guarantee you will make more or less -
individual results will vary – but the sky is the limit.
