Overview
New home construction is BOOMING and owner/built homes are very popular. The
Owner/Builder Network® was started in 1997 with one goal in mind,
to provide people information to build their own custom home. Who
better knows, but the homeowner, if it is built to their standards and
specifications? Most of all making sure their project stays within
budget. We do not give customers the hammer and nails to build
their house, but the real necessary tools they need like; financing,
contractors and suppliers that will work with them at BUILDER'S COST or
better. We have the volume of HUGE builders with over 4000 custom homes
built by happy homeowners. The proof in how well our program

The Owner Builder Network®
could be just right for you. The Owner Builder Network can best be
described as a program that permits you to handle every phase of the
construction process, from financing through construction. What our
program gives you isn't a source of physical labor. It's something far
more precious. We provide you with the information you need to do it
yourself. We'll even job cost your home project using up-to-date
estimates for each phase of construction, including slab, plumbing,
framing, material and labor, electrical and other costs. Together, we
make sure the numbers are going to work before you go ahead. That way
you have a good idea of what your new home will cost before you start
to spend your hard earned money. Additional help we offer includes a
large list of subcontractors and suppliers that will work with our
owner builder's at cost.
When you use a Builder they have a network of subcontractors that they can call on for their specific technical skills while all you may have is the telephone book!
But first let us back up a step. It may have already occurred to you that today's typical builder isn't truly a builder. In the old days, a builder did the hammering, nailing and was personally responsible for everything that went into your house. At the end of the job, he even did the painting. Today's builder is nothing more than a person that knows the right people. He is in touch with the lenders who arrange the financing; he knows the slab guys, framers and electricians, and he knows where to buy the materials at builders costs.
