quality products, and today is a leader in the wholesaling of national
and international-brand cosmetics and fragrances, and one of America's
largest discount fragrance and cosmetic chains.
We also offer an exclusive cosmetic and hypoallergenic treatment line, as well as bath, cosmetic accessories, etc.

Training & Support
You and/or your manager will be trained at your store
location. The program covers the total Top of the Line operation
including store set-up, merchandising, inventory control, bookkeeping
and accounting, advertising, employee training and operational
techniques. Training is provided by your Franchise Training Manager.
We will guide you through this exciting period and will stay with you
during your first days of business.
We will assist you with new product introduction, accounting controls, promotion, suggested pricing and personnel guidance. Top of the Line provides its franchisees with the opportunity to seek advice from any company officer or field personnel whenever needed.

A typical Top of the Line unit situated in a major regional mall, outlet mall, suburban center or center-city location will consist of 700-1500 square feet and will have an approximate cost, including inventory and franchise fees, of $118,000-153,000 depending on store size.
There is a one-time franchise fee of $20,000.00.
