Upon passing a proficiency exam, franchisees attend a one-week intensive course in the REZcity.com products, sales and public relations at REZcity.com corporate headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. The company counsels franchisees by phone, fax and e-mail as they set up the franchise, and then offers on-site training and assistance during the launch. Ongoing training courses continues throughout the franchise agreement term.

Fee
is $1500 per 25,000 in population to own your local city portal.
Additional fees of four cents ($0.06) per name over 25,000 in
population. In order to purchase a REZcity PLUS Franchise, Franchisee
MUST purchase a minimum of 3 single units, that MUST BE CONTIGUOUS. To
purchase an Area Developer Franchise, Franchisee must purchase a
minimum of 10 single units, that MUST BE CONTIGUOUS.
