Products & Services
Valcourt protects clients with a comprehensive Insurance
package unmatched in our industry. Aside from the normal
and statutory required workers compensation insurance,
general liability and automotive liability, we have
excess liability insurance coverage with aggregate limits
of $11 million. Our success in securing such comprehensive
insurance is directly related to our Risk Management
and Safety and Training Programs. Our
workforce includes Regional Safety Managers, as well
as a Corporate Risk Manager. They develop, implement
and audit our many safety and training programs.
As a company we are very active in both local and national real estate associations relating to our businesses. Our involvement allows us to be proactive regarding many industry issues, while keeping us in the forefront of new laws, standards, products and services that affect our clients’ properties.

Training & Support
Our franchisees receive both safety and skills
training starting their very first day. Onsite
safety training, facilitated by an OSHA-certified
training officer, provides the foundation for
accident- and injury-free job sites. Our aggressive
training schedule includes video instruction,
seminars, written exams and onsite observation.
Continuing education programs taught by acclaimed
industry associates allows workers to refresh
and expand their knowledge. On-site inspections
by a training officer reinforce safe techniques
and good work habits from the start of a job to
completion. Each franchisee knows what is expected
to achieve the common goal of a safe work-site.
