Training & Support
Our franchisees’ success is our success. This fundamental principle
is the driving force behind our top-notch training program and
continuous support services. Our underlying focus is to help our
franchisees achieve the greatest potential from their investment. To
that end, Wing Zone provides a variety of resources and services to
help franchisees maximize their potential.
Prior to opening, the franchisee and management personnel attend a twelve-day training program at Wing Zone University in Atlanta, GA. Through a combination of classroom and in-store training, Wing Zone provides students with the knowledge they will need to successfully operate their own Wing Zone restaurant.
When a new restaurant is set to open, members of Wing Zone’s franchisee support team travel to the location three days prior to opening. The support team helps the franchisee manage business activities for the first seven days that the restaurant is open for business. Our franchisee support team is there to assist the franchisee in properly training their staff and to ensure a smooth start-up.
Franchise Business Consultants
Wing Zone’s team of experienced Franchise Business Consultants work directly with franchisees to maximize the potential of their businesses. Many of these Business Consultants began as cooks or delivery drivers and have worked over the years to learn every aspect of the business. The Franchise Business Consultants provide continual assistance in all aspects of a franchisee's business, from daily restaurant operations to strategic local store marketing plans.

Multi-unit and Area Development opportunities exist for qualified restaurant operators who have a track record of successful foodservice operations, along with the human and financial resources needed to develop a predetermined number of Wing Zone restaurants in a certain geographic area over a set period of time.
Prospective franchisees must have a minimum net worth of $200,000 and non-borrowed liquid assets of $75,000 or greater.
Multi-unit and Area Development opportunities exist for qualified restaurant operators who have a track record of successful foodservice operations, along with the human and financial resources needed to develop a predetermined number of Wing Zone restaurants in a certain geographic area over a set period of time.
