Code Ninjas
Franchise Overview
This franchise operates retail-based learning centers where children ages 5–14 learn to code, collaborate, and think creatively through a proprietary game-based curriculum. Students progress through a belt system, building skills in coding, game design, and digital problem-solving. The model is designed to be accessible and inclusive, with no prior coding knowledge required from franchisees or students.
Franchisees can operate as owner-operators or hire a general manager, making it a semi-absentee opportunity. The brand offers partnerships with Microsoft MakeCode and uses its own IMPACT learning platform.
Franchisees receive comprehensive support including onboarding, real estate assistance, marketing campaigns, and ongoing operational guidance. The system has expanded internationally, offering master franchise and area development agreements in markets outside the U.S., including Canada and the United Kingdom.
