Overview
Dublcheck has pioneered a system of service provision that has transformed the quality of service offered to smaller to medium sized companies. The Company provides service through its national network of franchisees supported by a dedicated central support division.
Dublcheck’s system overcomes the shortcomings of conventional service companies by giving commitment, motivation and control to the people delivering the service to the customer.
Each franchisee makes an investment to become part of Dublcheck. This investment is at risk if the franchisee fails to provide a quality service. This leads to Dublcheck’s client retention in excess of 90% compared with the industry average of 60%.

Products & Services
Dublcheck are a North Wales based commercial cleaning franchisor operating nationwide. We have developed a system which allows a variety of small business owners to trade under our brand umbrella in a mutually beneficial arrangement. The franchisee gains security, a step on the ladder and a recognised brand, Dublcheck gain a reduced revenue but at greatly reduced risk while the customer benefits from a more local service delivered by a stakeholder.
The management/supervisory control, motivation and quality are generated directly by the franchisee to franchisor relationship – based on financial investment, the Franchise Agreement, and The Code of Practice. Equally importantly, franchising provides for a very flat, low overhead structure, with layers of management eliminated, so therefore pricing can be competitive, yet still having the corporate service and support of a major business.
We are a corporate member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science associate members of The British Franchise Organisation and a full member of The International Franchise Association.

Training & Support
All Dublcheck franchisees attend a one week initial training course designed to equip them with the technical and commercial awareness to provide outstanding cleaning and customer service. Upon completion of the initial training the successful candidate will have earned a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) qualification which is recognised nationally.
